Funston cottage is located in the quaint community of Procter, 35 kms east of Nelson, BC and across from Balfour on beautiful Kootenay Lake.  This brand new lakeside cedar home offers 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in an open contemporary style. It is a perfect for getaway for families or up to two couples!

The great room has expansive views of the lake with 3 sets of french doors opening onto the large deck.  The master bedroom boasts a king bed with great views to the west, and an ensuite bathroom including a Japanese soaker tub overlooking the lake. The bedroom upstairs has two queen beds.

The Beach has a deep water dock reaching out into some of the best trout fishing on the lake. There is the possibility to rent a small aluminum boat to enable you to explore the lake or to simply visit the hamlet of Balfour just across the West Arm of Kootenay Lake. The cottage has easy access to hiking and biking trails which leave straight from the back yard of the cottage.
